Ship your physical card to the Divult vault and a digital twin is minted in our system. From that moment you can trade, pull, or request physical fulfillment. Full 4-step flow at vault guide.

No. A Divult twin is just a 1:1 mapping to a physical card inside our own system — no blockchain, no crypto. It is not a speculative asset and is not cash-redeemable; the physical card is always the underlying.

Secured facility in Seoul. Climate-controlled, sleeved + top-loadered, sealed in slab boxes. All inspection and shipment steps are recorded on video.

On the twin detail page, tap "📦 Request physical" → enter address & contact → submit (shipping insurance + signature on delivery included). Arrives in 1–3 business days. Track status in "📦 My fulfillment history".

Once the physical ships out, the twin is burned in the system. To digitize the same card again you must submit a new intake request.

Market → pick a listing → tap "Buy". Points (P) are deducted immediately, and the twin is moved to your collection instantly.

Collection → card → detail → list for sale (Phase 2 in progress). For instant exit, use "⚡ Quick Sell" to sell back to the system.

Instant sell option for cards in your collection. The quote is computed from market price, grade, and condition; on execution the twin returns to the system pool and you receive points. This cannot be undone.

Yes. A fee is deducted from the seller side (discounted by membership tier). Buyers pay the displayed price.

Market → Auctions tab → pick a live listing → bid. English-style — bid at least current price + bidStep. The highest bidder at close wins.

Your bid amount is escrowed immediately. If outbid, the hold is auto-released. On win, the escrow converts to payment.

Yes. A bid in the last N seconds auto-extends the timer by N (anti-snipe). The exact N is shown on the auction detail.

No. Every gacha result is a digital twin backed by a real card — not cash-redeemable, and you can fulfill or trade what you pulled. It is not a wagering product.

Yes. The pack detail page lists slot composition (SSR · SR · Rare · Common ratios). Even without signing up you can try a demo pull.

Yes. Pulled twins behave exactly like any other twin — trade, auction, Quick Sell, or fulfill, instantly.

Partner sellers bundle N of their owned twins into a pack. Price and slot count are set by the issuer; packs go live after ops approval.

Cash (C) is your top-up balance — depositable and refundable. Points (P) accrue from activity rewards (gacha cashback, check-in, sales, etc.) and can be spent on trading and gacha only. Not cash-redeemable.

Profile → balance → top-up (Phase 2 integration in progress). Refunds are available within 7 days of payment for the cash portion — already-spent activity funds are non-refundable.

Yes. At checkout, P is consumed first and any shortfall is covered from C (auto-exchange). The point share can be adjusted on the checkout screen.

Login page → "Reset password" link → instructions are emailed to your signup address. (Phase 2 in progress — for now please email hello@divult.com.)

Fulfill or sell all your twins until both balance and twins are zero, then Profile → Account → Leave. We retain data for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Profile → "👨‍💼 Apply as partner" → submit personal/business info → ops review (1–3 business days). Once approved you can issue gacha packs and use seller tools.

마이 → "🎁 친구 초대" → 코드 공유. 친구가 가입 후 첫 활동(vault 등록 또는 거래) 완료 시 양쪽 모두 포인트 적립. 30일 안에 활동 없으면 만료.
