What is the vault?
Ship your physical card to the Divult secured facility and a digital twin is minted — and from that moment, trade, gacha, and physical fulfillment all become instant.
Four-step flow
1. Ship the card
After signing up, submit your card list on the intake page and ship by registered mail / courier to the Seoul address we provide. Add the tracking number to enable status updates.
- Sleeves + top loaders are required.
- Graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC) should ship in the slab.
- Loss/damage: in transit is on the sender; once received, Divult insurance applies.
2. Inspect and photograph
On arrival the inspection team grades condition (Mint / Near Mint / Excellent / Good / Fair) and attaches high-resolution front and back photos to the data. For graded cards, the cert number is also verified.
- Average turnaround: 1–3 business days.
- Suspected counterfeits are rejected and returned.
- Inspection results update in real time on the intake page.
3. Mint the digital twin
On passing inspection, one digital twin per card is added to your collection. Not an NFT, no blockchain — just a 1:1 representation inside the Divult system.
- Twin status:
available·listed·in_auction·locked·shipping·burned - Physical stays sealed in the vault; only the twin moves.
- Identical cards can have different values by condition/grade (each twin is independent).
4. Trade, pull, fulfill
The twin is immediately usable:
- Trade (P2P) — list on the market, other collectors buy with points.
- Auction — English bidding, live current bid while it runs.
- Gacha (Pull) — a seller bundles N twins into a pack, buyers get a random slot.
- Quick Sell — sell back to the system, points credited instantly.
- Physical fulfillment — request any time → 1–3 day delivery, twin is burned.
Safety and trust
🛡️ Sealed storage
Right after intake, each card is sleeved, top-loadered, light-shielded, and stored in anti-static slab boxes. Climate-controlled facility.
📸 Video records
Every inspection and fulfillment is recorded on video, and the recording is delivered along with the shipment.
🔒 Cert deduplication
Cert numbers for graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC) are deduped at the database layer (1 cert = 1 twin).
📦 Shipping insurance
Shipments are auto-insured at declared value. Loss or damage is reimbursed up to that declared value.
Frequently asked
If I never fulfill, what happens to the physical?
It stays sealed and safe in the vault. When the twin moves to another collector via trade or gacha, ownership of the physical moves too — but the card stays in the vault until the new owner requests fulfillment.
Is this an NFT?
No. A Divult twin is just a 1:1 mapping to the physical, inside our system — no blockchain, no crypto. It is not a speculative or cash-redeemable asset; the physical card is always the underlying.
Can I fulfill twins I pulled from gacha?
Yes. Pulled twins behave just like any other — trade, auction, Quick Sell, or fulfill.
How much are intake and fulfillment fees?
Phase 1.5: a per-card inspection + storage fee at intake (discounted by membership), and shipping + insurance at fulfillment. Exact quotes appear on the intake page before you confirm.
How are graded cards handled?
Ship the slab as-is. The inspection team verifies the cert number and grade label and attaches the grade to the twin. Graded cards use different condition adjustments and are reflected in pricing.
